55 years is a long time to be together,
but as alone as we are, we still have each other.
It's still early and Tom is running errands for lottery tickets and a cake for celebrating. I'm having flowers delivered this afternoon as a surprise, and he may bring some home, too, if history and tradition stay true-to-form. Cards and gift exchange later on. Chan's take-out for supper - our lifelong favorite Chinese restaurant two towns away. Then a new "Magnum PI" tonight! Oh, Happy Day! :)
